It was in and out for the most part. The lady behind the window was great and respectful. Didn't have any problems at all.
When I say rude. I mean rude. Understand yall repossess but come on it don't cost nothing to be nice. They also go through your car and steal items. Make sure you keep inventory of what is in your car. They will lie and say they don't have the property. Did I mention they say they "clean" out cars but it's a lie they look for shxt to steal. They were nice to me and I got all my items. After going through a rough patch after realizing my vehicle was repoed, a little niceness definitely came a long way.
Ms.Tiffany has the best customer service ever. She was so humble and patient. Ms. Janice has a loving soul. Simply phenomenal women all around
I've been calling and calling and no one has not returned my call nor do you guys answer the phone like this is crazy madness
