I GET A TEXT ON A HOLIDAY THAT FELL ON A SATURDAY FROM YOU TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT 4 HOURS EARLIER ON THE DAY SCHEDULD BECAUSE THE OFFICE IS CLOSING EARLIER THAN THE NORM. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE.
