I recently used this AC company for a service call, and overall my experience was solid. The technician arrived on time, which I really appreciated, and was professional throughout the visit. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit in a way that was easy to understand, instead of just rushing through the job. If I would have a chance I would give them 100 stars. They were very responsive, did the job high quality, fast and didn’t ruing anything, because the task was hard to redo after someone who did poor job in already completed construction. I appreciate Joey and the whole team! I will call just you guys from now on!
