I had a great time at the Car Wash! My kids love going through. The staff is always smiling and so well dressed!
The staff is amazing. I never have to wait at this location and they always have those awesome green towels that I like.
I have been a loyal member for nearly a decade, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. After being dismissed by staff members Renee and a supervisor named Moris, I contacted customer service to activate my vehicle. Once I entered the car wash, Renee and Moris ran out and forcibly stopped the machine while I was still inside, causing my car alarm to go off. As a paying member, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I waited over 10 minutes for a clean towel because the towel station wasn’t being restocked. The employee responsible, Ermais, spent that time chatting with another customer instead of doing his job. What made it even worse was the complete lack of customer service.
