They advertise a 9.99 first month and I went for this. Was told my membership was going to be the “good” membership tier that’s 24.99 but a month later got over charged and upcharged to the “ceramic duck” which is 39.99 a month without my consent. I went in store same day as charged and talked with them in store and got told to do a refund I have to call their customer service line so I went home and I did. Displaying notices stating you aren't liable for damage to the car will cost you customers—it might even give you a bad reputation. Besides, you’d lose a lawsuit anyway, even with those signs up; it is better to pay for damages than to lose your business.

So… this was not a great experience as can be seen from the photos. They close at 9 which is 30 minutes after most of the car wash places that was stationed on pioneer pkwy that was on our route to get there which was great, loved the later hours. What I didn’t love…. How the car came out. It was a struggle, don’t get me wrong, as I went there to try to show my minimal speaking English mom how to use car washes like this because she’s been wanting to try.
