The machines completely demolished the weather stripping/weather seal on my car. On top of the damage, the actual wash was useless. There were literal clumps of mud left around the edges of my windshield, the trunk, and the tops of the doors. The hood was still had dirt on it. it looks like their bristles are already getting dirty cos they’re busy and they didn't even rinse the car properly. Unfortunately, I am canceling my account because I am a truck owner and I’ve had my account here for over a month. I’ve run my truck through the car wash a dozen times and today a young lady and the female assistant manager on today Sunday, August 19 told me I was not allowed to go through because I had my spare tire in the bed of my truck.
