The manager jeffery was rude and insufferable this is my brand new 2023 that was destroyed in the car wash and Jeffery denied the claim with no explanation wont let me get the footage and also emailed me and told me he would appreciate if i stop coming to the store to talk to his team members mind you i went up there once after i was told i would receive calls and confirmation after my incident and received nothing the only reason why i was talking to his team member’s is because he is never at work
Service was fast and my car came out really clean. The rims even got cleaned really well which usually drive thru car washes don't do a good job on my particular ones. I'll definitely be using them again.
Pésimo servicio al cliente. Le explicas a la persona que quitaste las placas de la agencia por las originales ya que el vehiculo es nuevo y te dice que no puede hacer nada. Es absurdo
