I tried not to leave a negative review because I wanted to communicate with the company first and give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, since my tires were damaged while going through the car wash tunnel in March, my issue still has not been resolved. A+ customer service from Store Leader Chris who I learned is here as the Interim leader from a different Quick Quack. We understand why he was sent to look over this location because he is very knowledgable of the brand/what they stand for and has impeccable customer service! He took time explaining things to us, was patient, friendly & kind. This location shined bright, was clean, well kept and maintained. Thank you Chris and team member Chi(Chee) for the bright smiles and friendly interaction!
