I was excited to try this location out because I used to go to Quick Quack for car wash when living in a different state. I chose the $22 single wash. It left the dirt on the side of my car, the blue cleaning fluid didn’t get rinsed, and the water didn’t get dried. It’s a disappointing experience.
Seren provided wonderful customer service, but I am leaving one star because the poor workers are standing in the sun sweating and have no shade, management needs to provide a better work environment. I always receive great customer service and these workers deserve better treatment

Quick Quack is a really good car wash. I only have one complaint. My tire got popped driving in one time. And they didn't reimburse me for the new tire.
