Been a member on highest tier for a few months. Cancelled because i can. Went back for a wash and the dude kept pushing me to sign back up. And literally asked “then why are you here?” lol not really how you do business. And then their shitty tap to pay didn’t work but must have been a blessing because I exited out of their right away. Glad I cancelled my membership. Get better customer service, not people from high school still.
April is very nice and she explained the 3 different washes that are available. She has great customer service.
$13 for a single (the most basic) car wash and it didn’t even get the bird poop off.
My cashier April was very nice she has such a great customer service attitude I will be going back to get my car washed because of April
