Really disappointed in quick quack. Took our truck through this location on June 2nd and it tore off our driver's side deployable running board. Been washing this truck in the same manner for years without incident. We were told that someone would reach out to us within 3 days. It wasn't until I opened a complaint on BBB a month later that quick quack finally contacted us. They then took no accountability for the damage and actually blamed us for the damage. The cancellation experience with this membership has been unacceptable. I was never provided any written policy or asked to sign terms when enrolling, yet I was denied a credit and forced to follow rules I never agreed to. That is not ethical business practice. To make matters worse, the customer service agents were unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge. Instead of helping, they made the process more frustrating and showed zero willingness to assist. So far everything is great !! My car using the recently added ceramic coating is really worth the few extra dollars. Especially if you are prone to small tree droppings. After a few times through with ceramic added tree spots wipe off easily. Staff is friendly and always walking through vacuum area keeping it clean. Sometimes they have you enter the wash area a little to close for comfort. Do what I do and tell them you like more room front and rear. They listen with no problem.
