This car wash is horrible. Paying for a membership for a car wash that is cramped and unable to handle cars of any size is surprising for the price customer has to pay. The area to enter the car wash, when passing the gate, is so small that every car has to reverse to align with the tire guide. The vacuums are extremely dirty and smell horrible, even more packed. Towels are not provided to dry off cars like the Chehalis location. I’m likely going to cancel the membership. These locations few and far between.
My husband took his Tundra there for carwash thinking it was still Glint carwash, he wanted to cancel the membership and they said he would received an email to do so, no email has been received. He did get a carwash and it scratched the whole passenger side of the truck and cracked the glass on the passenger side mirror. They make it extremely difficult to cancel the membership. Do not recommend.
