I am a monthly membership customer at Quick Quack Car Wash and am very disappointed with my experience today. I arrived at approximately 8:53 PM expecting to use my monthly membership. A staff member told me the location was closed early. When I politely asked why it had closed before the posted time, she responded by saying, “I have the right to refuse service. Jeremy did an amazing job assisting me and showing what it means to have great customer service. He made sure that the option I selected was the one I really wanted and didn’t make me feel rushed to make my decision. Definitely will be coming back to this location and look forward to using my new membership !
