I work just up the street from this location that’s why I purchased an account for the convenience. Over the past 2 weeks this place has opened late 4 times that average is crazy! The employee comes up and gives his well practiced excuse and sends all cars that have been waiting for them to open on time at 7am. Does anyone in management know what’s going on? I only wanted a quick car wash before my road trip, but the sales representative sold me on the Ceramic Duck membership, which normally costs $39.99 and was supposedly discounted to $19.99 for a monthly special. I agreed to the $19.99 price — but was charged $39.99 instead. The sales rep (Julian) told me he couldn’t help me with the over charge and had to cancel the membership to try and fix the billing mistake, but he didn’t fix anything.
