This is a very disappointing location. They had no towels, it was early in the morning and no spaces to dry your car, and one of the service vans for quick quack took up one of the spaces to dry your car. The problem with this company is they oversell memberships, and then they operate bad locations that are tiny. If you go to ultra express I think they have like 25 spaces to dry your car while quick quack has 10. Location Moreno Valley , Company has yet to still reach back out to me about how poorly management handles the situation. Danielle the regional is probably one of the worst regionals I have ever dealt with in business. Ignores my calls, blocks my number. Pushes me to the side and doesn’t seem to wanna handle anything as the only time I did contact her she rudely started to give me an attitude not understanding the situation at hand.
