The customer service there is great and I give THEM 5 stars but the carwash itself is honestly so terrible…I don’t see how they have a high rating... More than half of those vacuums don’t work and the ones that do, don’t have any suction to it at all…I had to go park in a different spot AND I had to go look for hand towels because there were barely any left and were spread out. It’s definitely not worth the amount of money they charge for a “ceramic wash”.
The worst experience at the car wash today. After so many years as a customer, I came across these two very rude and disrespectful young ladies who didn’t want to help and didn’t even try to properly look up my car information. They behaved so poorly—laughing and being disrespectful, as if I had no reason to be asking about my car’s information.
