madelyn and London were super helpful this evening helping me resolve an issue with my app BUT why I really wanted to contact you is that I am frustrated that there’s not a car Mat washing station at your facilities. I drive nearly 100k miles a year and nearly every high end car wash like yours in other states have a car mat washing station. My vehicle looks amazing until you look at my filthy (i do vacuum them) because I’m in and out of my vehicle on dirt, rock, mud all day long. A vacuum is not enough.
I've been a member for over a year now and always receive such great service. While driving through the car wash today, a piece of my weatherstripping came loose and flew off. Jordan was so helpful when I told him about it. He went into the car wash and retrieved it for me. I am so grateful for the work ethic I've seen all of the employees at the Placerville, California location demonstrate. Thanks again, Jordan! I will get this piece of weatherstripping fixed, and see you next time I come through! :)

This place is awesome the customer service is great and they always get my car really clean. I’m very pleased every time I go.
Car wash works well, the vacuums are strong! Hardly ever a wait. But Johnny Sunday brings the sunshine to this place! We don’t always talk to him but if we ever have a question, he is so kind. Just a quick smile and wave mostly but it means a lot. He’s a role model for who to hire!
