I am extremely disappointed with this location. I visited the Quick Quack at 1590 Vineyard Rd in Roseville on February 25 around 7:00–7:30 PM, and during the wash my rear wiper assembly was broken on my 2016 Toyota Prius. This is not the first issue I’ve had here. Having vehicle parts damaged during a routine car wash is unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about equipment breaking components off their cars. I reported the damage immediately and am currently going through the claims process. I usually go to the location in Lincoln, CA however the Roseville location is closer to my workplace so I stopped in earlier this week. I usually don’t leave reviews, however, I am so delighted by the customer service that Kat provided I felt compelled to share….. Kat greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed help.
