Lo peor son falsos al momento de querer engañarle a una con suscripciónes aparte te piden tu tarjeta para descontar el pago así lo allas cancelado

This location is one of the worst ones. They do not cancel your membership when you want it cancelled and the customer service SUCKS. Honestly this is such a scam I would beware of ALL locations. They need to do better and actually train thwir employees.
5/22/26 update: This was indeed this location. Release the footage to my insurance. You haven’t done that yet after several requests. You sent us a broken link and a picture that shows nothing. How about refunding my membership fees for my trouble? There has been no service recovery attempts. Did y’all ask how I was doing? Nothing. You just don’t seem to care.
