The staff is professional and courteous. All of the equipment is top notch. The only issue I had was they were out of micro fiber towels. They did offer me an air freshener. You’re gonna pay a little more than with Wow or Clean freak, but it’s worth it for exceptional service and equipment that works!!!!
I had an absolutely disastrous experience at Quick Quick Car Wash, and I want to warn others about the risk of severe damage to their vehicles. During my visit, the car wash tunnel ripped my entire bumper off my car. To make matters worse, the bumper became wedged under the car, and none of the staff offered any assistance to remove it. Instead of helping, they insisted that I move the car, which caused even more damage to the bumper and likely other parts of my vehicle. Bobo was awesome!! Helping me decide which package to pick from and always hooking it up with dash wipes he’s the man!
DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR! My car was brand new with temp tags on it and got damage in the wash. The teenager assistant manager Damien did not care at all, has the worst attitude was annoyed that I wanted my car fixed and lied to my face!!! He said he could not give me a refund for my membership because I had to call customer care. Well it’s been 3 MONTHS!!!!
