Best car wash John was so helpful and kind!
Terrible experience at this location on L Street. Both sides’ vacuum stations where I parked had extremely weak suction, and in fact, the larger vacuum heads barely worked at all. The smaller one was still much weaker than other Quick Quack locations I’ve used. I reported it to an employee, who said it was a clog, but no one came to fix it. It took 30 minutes to vacuum my SUV. Completely a waste of time. I’d rather drive to another location.
