The Palm Springs location is doing something to the staff ther. The cheerful greeting turns icy cold and outright rude if you decline the sales pitch for membership. Coins and change thrown in my hands and eye rolling. I’d suggest firing they/them (wasn’t clear on pronoun, not the issue) but I suspect management is what created it
