Great customer service. They were able to explain everything since this was our first time here.
The windows had more spots on them after the wash than before. It did not clean any of the prior dirt. This was the most expensive wash. I'll see how the wax holds up in the rain. If the paint is protected, it may be worth the $27.99. Right now, I am not pleased. Glad I didn't get the membership for an extra $10.
