I signed up for monthly wash program after washing my new Honda Ridgeline. I was actually impressed with efficiency and the strong vacuums for the interior. I decided to add my wife Subaru crosstrek we just purchased in July to my account. I took her new Crosstrek to get it washed. The wash went well but I heard a thump and assumed it was just the loud brushes hitting the back window.
