Yes, it's changed in Hesperia Ca. During the grand opening everything was great. For the last 2 months it's gotten laxed. Never any towels available in any of the stalls. Got to the point where I've been bringing my own towel to dry my vehicle. But you always see the service members hanging around the front office on their phones and chit chatting. Maybe my membership should be discounted since I'm not the getting full service experience that I'm paying for 4 vehicles on my account. Now I just drive out of my way from Hesper... read more

Fast service cleans good.
If you're trying to get your car actually clean this isn't the car wash for you I had to go through two times in a row and my car was still dirty.
