Got a membership, on the 3rd visit the last brush thing spun off the tracks and struck my car. Scratched the side of the car and broke some trim. Filed incident report immediately with the staff, showed them the part in the wash that was broken, then never heard back. Called customer service, told me no incident report was made so I had to go back. Went back, filed and never heard back. Cancelled membership, at least give me a refund right? Nope.
