I received a coupon from Quick Quack for a free wash. I tried to redeem it today at the Conroe Texas, Highway 105 location. The manager on duty would NOT accept the coupon. Instead, he told me to call customer service! This “manager” has NOT been trained on customer service. His attitude and lack of service will certainly make many customers LEAVE Quivk Quack going to a competitor who KNOWS how to properly treat customers. I cannot trust this Quick Quack. BE AWARE!
