I’m an unlimited member and although I do enjoy the service for the most part, there are a couple of things that annoy me. One is that this location will be closed at random times for no apparent reason. Several times the vacuum area is not available- usually after a rain but it can also be random. Wish there was a way to check availability in the app to avoid the waist of time!
What a great place, understandable the storm last night 5/27 knocked out power, and they don't want to suck up water into vacuums that run on electricity....it's just common sense
