The cancellation experience with this membership has been unacceptable. I was never provided any written policy or asked to sign terms when enrolling, yet I was denied a credit and forced to follow rules I never agreed to. That is not ethical business practice. So far everything is great !! My car using the recently added ceramic coating is really worth the few extra dollars. Especially if you are prone to small tree droppings. After a few times through with ceramic added tree spots wipe off easily. Staff is friendly and always walking through vacuum area keeping it clean. Sometimes they have you enter the wash area a little to close for comfort. Do what I do and tell them you like more room front and rear. They listen with no problem.
