Best carwash place and equipment specially that black dude was super nice and professional
Got a failed charge, card was frozen. Tried to cancel online, couldn’t find membership associated with my account. Charged days later, haven’t used it in weeks. Called customer care and got the runaround, typical, didn’t speak to a human until 2 transfers in. “Due to it being a late charge we do not issue refunds” straight from a script. I am not even mad at the lady on the other side of the line. It’s just business but incredibly impersonal. So yeah I’d call these guys some quack heads for sure.
