I am not from Phoenix, so I did my due diligence and relied on Google reviews to choose a car wash with a 4.7 rating. Based on that, I had high expectations, but I was quickly disappointed. When I arrived, the young woman at the entrance was polite and pleasant, which I appreciated. However, once I pulled into the wash, the service fell short. My car is being so happy ever since we found Quick Quack car wash, quality locations, quality customer service, quality washes and quality vacuums. I recommend them 100%. I talked based on my experience about a year of using them, and the service still great. You wouldn't never be charged for using the vacuums or towels ever if you are not a member.
