I understand it’s your job to try and get me to purchase a monthly car wash, but if I say no, that’s the end of the story. Don’t argue with a customer about respect. If they don’t want to hear the spiel, respect that. Maybe next time ask them if you can tell them about it before just launching into trying to sell them something they didn’t ask for.
It's Sunday at 8-am and I got up early to go wash my car before it gets too crowded and the carwash is closed, even though they advertise that it opens at 7-am. Not acceptable for the amount of money I pay.
Not disabled friendly, they have one spot for handicap that’s very wide so people believe it’s a double spot and will block you from being able to get in your car or utilize the vacuums.Staff will do nothing to assist and you will end up spending more time being frustrated then it’s actually worth.
