Only giving 4 stars due to the price. The price you pay here is a price you could pay somewhere else where people wash the car by hand. Other than that we love lucky duck because it’s convenient and fast and they have great vacuums
Very busy, but great customer service.
I used to go to a different location and changed to this location a few weeks ago. The customer service is fantastic and have had zero complaints. The staff is really awesome and the vacuum works well for the dog hair.
I go to the location at Davis street every single Sunday with no issues whatsoever. The one time they say their hose is broken and I can come to this location. I arrive and Lisa tells me I cannot go through with the rack even though I come every single Sunday at 7am no problem. Extremely rude and you will not be getting my service anymore WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY
