Last month I went to get a singular car wash, the lowest level. I was offered the best one at 50% off. I agreed. Next thing I know I have an email signing me up for monthly subscriptions so I call and explain the miscommunication and that I did not want the membership. I then got an email confirmation of the membership cancelation yet today I was charged $37.99 for another month, now the phone number is disconnected and I have no idea how to cancel and get refunded for their error.
