Low key this location sucks, I’ve been to several locations after putting a small sleek roof basket on and all have let me through. This one however did not… why don’t they tell you about this “Rule” when signing up for a membership?
Update: Overall, this location has been pretty good. The wash usually does a good job. I've had a couple of instances of getting the Good wash when I pay for Ceramic, but the store leader looked into it and figured out what happened so he could address it. Now I know what to watch out for in the future in case that happens. It's good that they care and are willing to put in the time to make sure customers are happy.

I'm getting pretty annoyed with the Springville Quick Quack. I pay for the top-tier Ceramic wash and multiple times I have received the bottom-tier Good wash, including my last two washes in Aug 2025. My account shows the washes in my history as Ceramic, but that's inaccurate. And I know I'm not accidentally getting someone else's wash out of order because both times I was the only person going through the check-in line. I just want what I pay for. If this keeps up, I may be cancelling my two-car subscription.
