Very delayed in this review since I have been going through different channels attempting to get a resolution… brought my Tesla Model 3 Performance through this location. Somehow, the scrubber or sprayer removed the laminate layer of my carbon fiber wing. I asked an employee who I could talk to regarding this, and some guy named “RJ” approached me and claimed to be a District Manager. Have a membership at Quickpass and I love how nice and friendly the team members are here. I’m currently on crutches from a surgery and they were super helpful in helping me get my car nice and clean! Thank you RJ and Tina and the crew working today.
