Excellent service. Josh was professional, courteous, and prompt. Our appointment time was 3-6. Josh called about 2:30 and arrived by 3:00. He explained the process, answered our questions, and reviewed the cost before beginning the job. He did a thorough cleaning of the couch. He cleaned the couch, inspected it, then went over a few areas again. It looked brand new when finished. I highly recommend Quick Nicks. We will definitely use them for future needs.
