Their plumber, David, did an atrocious job, barely lifting a finger to assist us in finding the most expensive repair that doesn't get the job done. He also neglected to address a previous error and left other loose fixtures unresolved, which were not a part of the initial problem. I despise dealing with this company, they are unprofessional and rude every step of the way.

Ever since I was contacted by this company, informing me that the previous owner of my building had enrolled in a maintenance program and I was owed a service based on his payment, I've had nothing but trouble. Every time they've come, the plumbers, whether it's Eugene, David, Shawn, Max, or Jace, have been rude, unprofessional, unskilled, and generally unpleasant people. This company has been mishandling my straightforward 4 zone system for a couple of years now. It's constantly breaking down. Unlike before, the system no longer functions properly. The technicians, including Jace and Max, are impolite, amateurish, and uninformed. They seem to hardly put any effort into understanding how the system functions. I've encountered half a dozen so far, and they’ve been uniformly subpar. Their analysis and recommendations are unsuitable. The teacher in me says F-.

Eugene and Jace showed up on a Sunday for what was supposed to be an emergency. My duplex was nearly flooded due to a severe backup. They assessed the situation but couldn't formulate an effective solution. The major issues included a non-functional clean out drain, a damaged underground pipe, roots in a pipe, and a gas leak.
