I am a member of their "Unlimited Wash Club". The claim is that I can cancel anytime, but I've been trying to cancel for 3 days now. There isn't any link on their website. No one answers on their chat, and I left a voice mail message that no one has responded to. The car wash itself is ok, but I wouldn't recommend joining their Unlimited Wash Club, unless you never, ever, want to discontinue the plan!
