My son went to quick and clean today, upon exciting the car wash noticed his windows in his car no longer work. He called and spoke with some guy named Jeremy (JC) apparently he's the "operations manager" Jeremy refused to take any responsibility ( although they were working up until this point) I then called thinking well he was talking to a teenager perhaps he's just not responding to my son because of this. Had high hopes but sadly the service and quality is inconsistent. Rarely are both lanes open to go they with quick pass and the blowers never dry.
The Arvada car wash damaged my vehicle. I've been attempting to get ahold of management since November 4th. I was able to finally get ahold of Jeremy Clark, who was supposed to meet me yesterday. Jeremy flaked out and and I was unable to get ahold of him because his phone was turned off. All I'm asking for is my damages to be fixed and paid for. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau and filing a civil suit against the company if this matter is not taken care of shortly.
