If I could give them a zero I would. First of all let me start by saying that I have a handicap that's a back problem and so I always vacuum first so that while my car is being washed I can take the pressure off of my back. That is if you can find a vacuum that works smh.But now whoever has bought the car wash won't allow me to vacuum first and wash second which is a really stupid move. Half of the vacuums barely work.
Went there at 8 am Sunday Morning. No attendant in sight, not a single person. They says it opens at 7 but no one was there. Also had a coupon for this exact location for free car wash but POS was saying it is invalid and no attendant in sight to talk to.
Came here today and a female attendant lied and told me the POS didn’t take payments, and I needed to wait for an attendant to take my payment. After sitting and waiting to make a payment with an attendant, a different attendant came and let me know I could just pay at the POS system, which worked with no issue! I’m guessing she lied to try to sell the membership, but this was very poor customer service and I wasted time waiting for no reason. And just found out they no longer officer drying towels?
