Came here today and a female attendant lied and told me the POS didn’t take payments, and I needed to wait for an attendant to take my payment. After sitting and waiting to make a payment with an attendant, a different attendant came and let me know I could just pay at the POS system, which worked with no issue! I’m guessing she lied to try to sell the membership, but this was very poor customer service and I wasted time waiting for no reason. And just found out they no longer officer drying towels? We just got the ceramic wash for $25 and after we wash we went to the vacuum the car and suddenly they turn off the vacuum and they came and approach saying we have to get the membership for a free vacuum. And we said no and we left it is not recommended poor customer service as well

I come here once a week..I'm been a member since they first open and since I meet tray,Namien and Raul they been always helpful on needs and always willing to help,this 3 guys always here working on the cold/hot weather,they always frovide clean towels,brush the cars before going in into the tunnel wash,taking trash out,the parking lot is always clean,etc....the vacuums seems like they need to fix them,cuz some of them don't work,nore they dont suck enough..overall we all good..I'm happy with this location and this 3 mega em... read more
