This place is a joke. I visited the lube center here for service on my vehicle. Tech (Dylan) performed the service and I was notified it was complete. I looked under the truck to make sure zerts were greased, however they were not. I asked the tech about it and he responded with he forgot and would take care of it. While backing my truck back into the bay the tech drove into one of the 55 gallon barrels, while also driving onto the grate of the pit. Dylan is amazing, my car was damaged by the car wash. He did a report and zip tied my grill back on so I could drive my car. I contacted the general manager, Jeremy and was told that he would have his assistant get with me and give me a check for my deductible for now. I got my car fixed through my insurance. Paid the $500 and cannot get Jeremy to answer my phone calls or text messages. He flat out lied to me.
