Poor website, could not update credit card info even though I had all information entered they said I did not have an account. No one ever answers the phone at the Scottsdale location So stuck not being able to get car washed

The dryer unit pressure ripped my convertible back window fabric. Richard and Jeremie owners would not help to replace. Very unprofessional and poor service. Stay away from this facility. I have heard about other issues.
