Updated car wash (soft touch) Have been through the $14 soft touch twice in the past 6 days, neither time was the back half of my RAV cleaned, disappointing I could draw on the dirt left behind. I will have to go elsewhere for a car wash
Their credit card machines charge double! This has happened to me twice in 3 years. Do not wash your car here!
This car wash charged my credit card $20 for a 5-minute manual bay wash! So I called the company to ask for a refund, and Danita sent it right away. She also texted me the sign that hangs next to the payment machine. It says that you need to manually stop the machine from ticking up past five minutes, and if you don't, your credit card will be charged up to $20. It's probably best to use quarters and dollar bills instead of a credit card in the manual bays!
