Update: Downgrading to two stars. I paid $3 extra for the tire shine. The attendant put it in and didn't tell me it wasn't working. He should have known. Clearly based on the pictures it's not working. Furthermore, I was here a month ago and the fantastic floormat cleaner with the water and suction that they used to have is no longer available. I have been a customer since they opened and over the past year the equipment has been terrible. The vacuums are mostly broken, the car wash does not work properly, but they are charging for the services, and it does not seem to be maintained. I am cancelling my membership.
Paid for the more expensive car wash. Didn't even take the bird poop off the top of my roof.
