The cancelation process is not easy and straightforward, I specifically asked one of your young employees about the cancelation process and he informed me "all I simply had to do was come back to the carwash and cancel before it was renewed for the next month." As I previously mentioned, I attempted on 2 separate occasions to cancel in person at your "family owned location." Im a fast pass member and all was great till I needed to cancel my membership. Its been months of emails and online cancellation requests through the website. A team member told me to call yet I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Legal pursuit forthcoming.
