Zac IS the MAN!!! T-mobile can go stick it where the sun don't shine as far as I'm concerned. We had a broken phone and were told that we couldn't get any of the contacts, etc back. But...like a knight in shining armor, Zac came to the rescue! This man is AMAZING, I truly think he will ALWAYS have a solution to ANY problem. We couldn't pick up the fixed phone when it was ready and they completely understood. Here we are, two weeks later, and I finally made it back to the store to reactivate the original phone.
