I highly recommend Quick Phoneshop! My phone had a faulty display and completely lost its touchscreen functionality. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the display, and had everything working perfectly again in just a couple of days. Great service and a great experience—I'll definitely use Quick Phoneshop again!
What a great experience. I tried to R&R an iPhone battery. Let's just say it didn't workout. Dalton and Zac were amazing. I spoke with Zac on the phone. He confirmed they had parts I might need and said to bring it in. No appointment, no excuse, just come in and we'll take care of it. Arriving Dalton was working the front desk. While waiting for my repair, Dalton took care of about a 1/2 dozen cases, ages 95 to 13. Phones, watches, you name it. Patient and respectful, Dalton just sought to help. Amazing customer service, they are so professional and know what they are doing.
It was fixed remotely fast, but stopped working a week and a half later and they couldn’t even give me a better discount after spending almost 200 dollars a week prior, they offered 50 bucks off. I find it kinda ridiculous that it lasted a week after replacement and they couldn’t fix it. I feel it is the stores fault
