Overall disappointed with the experience. Here's the details: I went into the store hoping to get a replacement for an older Samsung phone. As expected, they didn't have it in stock, but confirmed that it was available at their distributor and "since you're early enough (it was before noon) we can have it delivered and replaced tomorrow (Saturday)."
