i’ve been a happy customer at Farmville discount storage particularly since new management took over about six months ago. The reviews were correct, but I’m glad I stuck it out since new management cares way more than previous management and I feel my belongings are safe and secure!

Talk about a neighborhood pharmacy? This is it! The entire staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and downright AWESOME!!

This place is terrible, my unit was not secure, the outside wall metal was coming apart to where someone could easily get their fingers between and pull the wall apart to steal. I did not get to see my the unit before renting or I would have asked for another unit. I called them at the beginning of my rental and it took 18 days for them to work on the wall, leaving my unit pretty much unusable for the largest part of the month. The customer service is awful. Rent somewhere else
