This place is terrible, my unit was not secure, the outside wall metal was coming apart to where someone could easily get their fingers between and pull the wall apart to steal. I did not get to see my the unit before renting or I would have asked for another unit. I called them at the beginning of my rental and it took 18 days for them to work on the wall, leaving my unit pretty much unusable for the largest part of the month. The customer service is awful. Rent somewhere else

We used this storage facility. It had a different name last year, but it's the same location. The buildings were flooded from the hurricane that passed through. NOTHING was covered. We salvaged what we could, and the clean up was ALL ON US. It was the most disgusting thing. The smell! The owners of the company were not responsive or helpful. It was a total loss. EDITED: Our initial experience was good, however, August 2024 the facility flooded. We were notified after the fact, so we found out when we arrived at the facility to pit some new items in our unit and saw the standing water and our unit full of damaged items. When we called they tried to tell us that we were lying about not being notified and stated they had sent an email and a written letter. We had received nothing until AFTER our phone call.
