Thus far my experience hasn't been great. I made an appointment a week ago to have 2 keys duplicated for my Land Cruiser. A nice fellow showed up right on time with keys for a Highlander. I know what vehicle I have, so I am confident I did not say Highlander when I called. He said he would try to obtain the right keys today but never called back and is now not replying.
Directions we’re probably wrong and nobody answers the phone. What’s the point of listing a business if you’re not gonna answer
