Well i went in by purchasing coupon and they did their service went back home and out of curiosity just tried to check the engine oil part number on google and found blend oil instead of full synthetic oil. Called them and went right back in replaced with full synthetic oil. So the good thing i liked is there is desk where we could sit like a viewing area, and u could see whats going on, i really like that and i am a kinda person who keeps watching YouTube videos on car works, and watching your own car is what i want. TRUST THIS PLACE. I took the fam to a KU game and we got a flat when we got to Lawrence. Limped the car into this place and they had me all fixed up with a replacement within an hour. I was floored by the empathy and willingness to work on it quickly. We still got to see the game together! Can’t thank everyone enough!

Quick Lane Tire & Auto came to my rescue when I punctured my tired. Although it was near closing time, John Smith was kind enough to check my tire, determine it was sound and at the proper air pressure, and aired-up my spare tire (something we all forget to check often enough). There was no charge. Ten minutes after I arrived, I was on the road and much less stressed about my commute. Thank you again for your generous help!
Fast forward about a year - heard they’ve turned over the whole crew and that I should give them another chance. Went back with two vehicles for multiple repairs/services and I’m happy to say it’s a complete 180! Excellent service - you’ve earned back my business! Suspected the last time I was here they did not rotate my tires, so today I made a mark on one of them. My suspicions were founded - paid for something they didn’t do.
