Not doing this again. Used a Groupon, made an appointment on the Groupon app which is mandatory, received an email and text stating I had an appointment confirmed at the Quick Lane location and when I got there they said it was for the service department at the main dealership but they don't take Groupon. Email and text cleary state Quick Lane. Said they could take me in the Quick Lane but techs were tied up and I would have to wait 20-30 minutes and the it would be 45 mins to an hour to change my oil. Really? And hour and a... read more

I came in for an oil change. It was quick and easy.. After the fact, they sat me down and told me that my steering rack boot needs to be urgently replaced for my own safety. They quoted me $2400. I was on the verge of tears and asked to call my dad first. They seemed remorseful. I Decided to get a second opinion from a close family friend who owns the mechanic shop. I wrote a bad review back in February about my experience on a oil change. Afterwards I was immediately contacted by the manager who spoke to me and was very kind very understanding very apologetic really made me feel important made me feel good that he took time out of his busy day and scheduled to contact me and apologize and he said if I will give him another chance that they will give me a free oil change in this summer I went up there and it was a great experience. Kelsie, Mike Thomas, and the entire team are fantastic. They responded to my emergency (a flat tire) with remarkable speed, even on Christmas Eve just before closing time! After having negative experiences with other places, this shop truly stands out as a gem.
