The staff in the evening wasn’t helpful at all (it was a younger blonde woman working), I called the store approximately 5 time before I drove over to the quick lane place to get my flat tire repaired and no one answered. When I got there no one was at the desk. And that means all our car keys are just sitting on the wall free to access for any person that went into the store because no one was there. Left a voice mail twice in the last two weeks with the service tech, no response. Call directly to dealership - secretary assured my number would be passed along directly - no call. I shouldn't have to drive to the service center, just to book an oil change appointment.
Great staff, great service. Honest and fair pricing. Much better than other places around. And great prices on tires
