I had a great experience with Quick Lane for a tire fix. Great communication, they checked if I had warranty for me and called me back promptly. My favourite part though was the two shuttle drivers I had. Both incredible conversationalists.
Dorian is a standup guy, super helpful and honest.
I was very impressed with Corrina Mahood , she was very friendly, knowledgeable , accommodating, explained everything clearly, making the whole experience pleasant .The mechanics did a 4 wheel brake job, performed BMS reset, and issue that has been plaguing my car , it was done correct and fast. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review regarding the recent service experience at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre (Capital Ford Lincoln). Until recently, I was very satisfied with the service — everything was well organized and efficient. However, since my service advisor changed, the experience has significantly declined. For two consecutive days, I have been unable to get a simple, routine oil change done — a basic task.
