Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review regarding the recent service experience at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre (Capital Ford Lincoln). Until recently, I was very satisfied with the service — everything was well organized and efficient. However, since my service advisor changed, the experience has significantly declined. Summary: quicklane charged me for a tire swap and alignment but didn’t swap my tires. So this year 2024 I found myself driving on winter tires all spring summer and fall. They never refunded me the money for a work they didn’t do. (I called) They didn’t find out why my car couldn’t start intermittently when I asked them to diagnose it and fix it. later our whole family were stranded in the park because car didn’t start after they replaced my battery. (Because the starter was dead it wasn’t the battery that caused the issue) ... read more
Very kind, friendly front staff. Promised car would be ready by 9 am the next day. I needed a tire replaced. Was on the road at 11:30 am. Not too impressed timewise. Missed a funeral.
Great friendly service. Was in town for the weekend and had an issue with my skid plate/air dam and the main garage was closed, they were able to get me in and out of there in less then 10 minutes with the issue resolved
