Very very excellent customer service if anyone wants to come up or talk to Adam he is really really good his job
The Deck team is the best. They treat you like family. You're not in there all day dealing with one salesperson. If you want someone that's listens and don't push you for something else , then Jamie and Logan are the ones.
Very disappointed with the customer service at Town & Country Ford in Pell City. After the sales representative stopped trying to connect me with a sales associate, I couldn’t even get a response to my emails. I ended up contacting McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and the difference was night and day. Norman and Melanie at Town & Country Ford dropped the ball, while McSweeney’s team was responsive, helpful, and took the time to help me.
Logan and Jamie are the best! I just bought a new Maverick from them and they made the whole process super easy! I'd do it again in a heartbeat! If you're in the market for a vehicle, give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!
